We believe healthy churches are strengthened by healthy, interdependent leadership. Our Family of Churches elders serve together not as isolated leaders, but as a team of brothers with diverse gifts, shared convictions, and mutual responsibility for the mission of God in Central New York.

Together, we seek to equip Christ’s people, support local congregations, develop leaders, and pursue gospel saturation across our region. Each church remains locally rooted, while our elders link arms for the strengthening and multiplying of healthy churches.
